Water Mill Capital is a boutique corporate advisory and investment firm. Established in 2017, Water Mill Capital provides corporate and business advice, assistance in relation to mergers & acquisitions and advice in relation to capital raising.

The principals of the firm have extensive corporate banking, advisory and asset management experience, resulting from their extensive careers in Australia and internationally. The firm has recent involvement in the healthcare, digital health, fintech and infrastructure sectors, assisting both emerging and mature businesses.

In some situations, the firm will invest its own capital to assist with the development of our clients’ businesses. The firm also provides asset management services for certain clients, providing oversight and assistance in the delivery of agreed growth and business development plans.
